We build your compliance package (W-9, EIN, insurance verification, direct deposit, background/drug screen badges where required), align your Field Nation and WorkMarket profiles, set you up as a Field Nation Service Company with your coordinator added as a dispatcher, and train you on the standards that keep techs in good standing with buyers.
We sign you up and credential you with 5 customer companies (Essential, $250/month) or 10 companies (Pro, $400/month) matched to your skills and coverage area — and we coordinate hands-on through your first jobs with each one so the relationships start clean.
A dedicated, full-time Field Force Coordinator ($300/week) works your business 8 hours a day: requesting work on your behalf across the platforms, managing your dispatches, coordinating with customers, tracking every job and every dollar, and reporting to you daily.
If a customer connection isn't producing, we swap it for another from our base. As your track record builds, we advocate for better standing rates. Our share of the upside: a flat 2.5% of the gross earnings generated through Field Force connections — we only win when you're working.
