These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website, classes, training, and services offered by Field Force LLC ("Field Force," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our website or purchasing our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or services.
Field Force provides IT, AV, and low-voltage field services, along with training classes, coaching, back-office support, and related resources for technicians and service companies. Specific deliverables, scope, and pricing are described at the point of purchase or in a separate written agreement.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use our services. By using the site, you represent that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are stated in U.S. dollars and are due at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing. You are responsible for providing accurate billing information. Refunds and transfers are governed by our Refund Policy.
Class dates are confirmed at registration. We may reschedule a class due to low enrollment or circumstances beyond our control; in that case you may attend the rescheduled session or transfer to a future one. Content and materials are provided for your own business use and may not be resold or redistributed.
Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, employment, franchise, or agency relationship between you and Field Force. Technicians and service companies who engage our services remain independent and are responsible for their own licensing, insurance, taxes, and compliance.
Our website, class materials, systems, and processes are the property of Field Force LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-transferable license to use materials you purchase for your own business. You may not copy, resell, or create derivative works from our materials without written permission.
Our training and coaching share methods and best practices, but business outcomes depend on many factors outside our control. We do not guarantee specific revenue, job volume, certification results, or other outcomes.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Field Force LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service giving rise to the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version, and your continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
