FF Field Force
Phase 4 · Scale · Administrative VA Services

A full-time office team, starting at $300 a week.

Field Force Administrative VA Services give you dedicated, full-time Field Force Coordinators — trained on field service platforms by a field service company — who answer work orders fast, request work for your company all day, chase your quotes, send your invoices, and keep every job organized. Add coordinators as your service company grows.

You're good at the work. That's not the problem. The problem is the 15 messages you missed while you were on a ladder, the quote that died in your sent folder, the invoice you sent two weeks late, and the work order that went to whoever answered first.

You might need this if…

One simple model

Every Field Force Coordinator is a dedicated, full-time person — 40 hours a week, starting at $300/week. Need more hands? Add additional coordinators at $300/week each as your dispatch volume grows. Not a shared assistant juggling ten clients. Not an anonymous offshore inbox. One trained coordinator, fully dedicated to your business, supervised and quality-controlled by Field Force, with a trained bench behind them so a sick day never becomes a silent day.

Month-to-month, billed weekly. One-time $99 setup — waived for Direct Tech and CRM clients.

What a coordinator's day looks like

Requesting work on your company's behalf across Field Nation and WorkMarket — all day, on a continuous loop — woven between managing your dispatches, confirming schedules, coordinating your techs and subs, closing out jobs with documentation that gets approved the first time, sending invoices within 24 hours, chasing quotes and payments, and keeping your CRM true.

Straight answers

Do I have to hand over my passwords?

You control access — on Field Nation your coordinator works under a proper dispatcher role on your Service Company account, everything is logged, and you can revoke anytime.

I tried outsourced help before and it didn't work.

A solo freelancer with no manager, no SOPs, and no backup isn't what this is — you're hiring our system, and the coordinator comes with a supervisor and a trained bench behind them.

I'm not big enough for a full-time hire.

Then look at the Direct Tech Program, where the coordinator comes packaged with new customer connections — the coordinator's job is to make you big enough.

What if it's not working?
